Add the postage tracking code to your orders so customers receive a clickable link and can track their orders progress.
In the CMS click -
- Customer & Orders
- Select the small check box to the left of the order that you want to add the tracking code to
- Then click "Tracking Info" located in the section just above the orders list
- On the far right choose either Australia Post ot StarTrack
- Paste the tracking code that you were provided with by either carrier
- Click Update Orders and then you will see the small grey dot to the right of the tracking code turn green to indicate that the update was successful
- Now return the Orders listing page (by clicking Orders a the top) and change the status of the order to Shipped
- On changing the order to Shipped, the customer will receive a notification with the tracking code link.
