Faster, Easier, Fewer Click Checkout = Happier Customers + More Sales

Add the postage tracking code to your orders so customers receive a clickable link and can track their orders progress.

In the CMS click -

  1. Customer & Orders 
  2. Select the small check box to the left of the order that you want to add the tracking code to
  3. Then click "Tracking Info" located in the section just above the orders list
  4. On the far right choose either Australia Post ot StarTrack
  5. Paste the tracking code that you were provided with by either carrier
  6. Click Update Orders and then you will see the small grey dot to the right of the tracking code turn green to indicate that the update was successful
  7. Now return the Orders listing page (by clicking Orders a the top) and change the status of the order to Shipped
  8. On changing the order to Shipped, the customer will receive a notification with the tracking code link.
